Transfer latest with Kyogo exit rumour, Bernardo deal and goalkeeper signing

The season is over but interest in next season is already beginning with fans excited about the transfer incomings. Thursday brought a number of rumours with incomings and outgoings mentioned.

Kyogo to Urawa Red Diamonds

Celtic could be braced for transfer interest in striker Kyogo with Urawa Red Diamonds keen on a deal.

According to the Daily Mail, Kyogo is being targeted by the J-League side for a marquee signing this summer. The 29-year old has been an excellent signing.

Kyogo has scored 73 times and assisted on 15 occasions since arriving for just £4.5m. It is fair to say, however, that the Japanese frontman was best suited to the footballing style of Ange over Brendan. Although, his hit rate means it would be unlikely for Celtic to sell on the cheap. The Red Diamonds are willing to bid in excess of £10m for Kyogo.

Paulo Bernardo to Celtic

Celtic are reportedly in talks with Benfica to sign the 22-year old midfielder on a permanent deal.

Portuguese outlet A Bola have stated that the club’s are engaged in negotiations to sign the midfielder that played 33 appearances. However, Celtic are looking to to negotiate down the £6m fee and come to an agreement to sign the attacking midfielder.

Altay Bayindir to Celtic

Celtic have been linked to sign Manchester United goalkeeper Altay Bayindir. Rumours in Turkey from last week stated that the 26-year old has agreed a four year deal with the Scottish Champions. However, sources from United and Celtic have confirmed that no deal has been done and Joe Hart will not be replaced by Bayindir.
