Holders Celtic have been drawn against Aberdeen in the Men’s Scottish Cup semi-final. The ties will be played at Hampden on the weekend 20 and 21st April.

Former Aberdeen and Scotland goalkeeper Jim Leighton made the draw live on BBC Scotland after Hearts edged out Morton by 1-0 down at Cappielow this evening. Celtic have a very strong record over Aberdeen in cup ties at Hampden in recent times and who can forget that extra-special final in 2017 when Tom Rogic scored that unbelievable winner to wrap up an incredible Invincible Treble for Brendan Rodgers’ Celtic.

More of the same please Celtic. Meanwhile Hearts will be disappointed at drawing theRangers given their absolutely disgraceful record against the latest Ibrox club.
