Celtic have reportedly reached an agreement to sign Jöel van den Berg from PSV. The 19-year-old was left out of Jong PSV’s side at the weekend as talks accelerated and now it’s being reported that a deal has been reached.
According to Rik Elfrink of Ed.nl, Celtic and PSV have reached a broad agreement for the signing of van den Berg, who is expected to sign a contract until 2030 with the Scottish Champions.

The Dutch u19 Internationalist is highly rated by PSV but Celtic have offered a pathway to the first team, which has excited the talented midfielder.
Celtic are reportedly still in the market for another midfielder with Justin Devenny of Crystal Palace linked. The Scottish Champions are also eager to add a left back and a goalkeeper to the squad before Wednesday’s deadline for the Europa League squad to be submitted to UEFA.

Hopefully another good addition, to add to our squad,
along with the 4 made already?
Our potential player trading model will be increased during this window, by the looks of things imo?
But it’s our footballing department that remains the biggest focus, or should be anyway?
Might add another midfield option as a loan option, all the same?
Especially if MoN intends of going with the experience and younger option, in our central midfield areas, all the same?
Squad starting to shape up fairly nicely at present, despite needing a few extra additions required before this window shuts imo?
