Fresh speculation has surrounded Callum McGregor after a photograph featuring the Celtic captain with Anton Rodgers emerged in the wake of confirmation that he has changed representation.
Callum McGregor was pictured alongside his new agent, James Hussey, and Anton Rodgers, who also works with Unique Sports Group, in a now-deleted LinkedIn post shared by Hussey that confirmed McGregor as his third client.

It was revealed on Friday that McGregor is now a client of Unique Sports Group, the same agency that represents former Celtic manager Brendan Rodgers.
The development has reignited rumours over the midfielder’s future, having previously been linked with a reunion at Al-Qadsiah earlier this year.
The discussion has been intensified by a photograph dated June 11, 2026, showing McGregor alongside Anton Rodgers, Brendan Rodgers’ son, as well as James Hussey. The image was shared on X by CeltsAreHere’s Michael Shearer.
McGregor’s decision to switch agents at 33 years of age, while still under contract at Celtic, has naturally prompted plenty of debate over what it could mean for his future.
The Scotland international is now represented by the same agency as Adam Idah, whose initial loan move to Celtic in 2024 was negotiated by Unique Sports Group.
Brendan Rodgers officially joined the agency last year when they negotiated his move to Saudi Pro League side Al-Qadsiah.
