Brondby sporting director Julius Ohnesorge has confirmed the Danish club would be willing to part ways with reported Celtic target Benjamin Tahirovic if the right deal materialises this summer.

The Bosnia and Herzegovina international is currently on holiday following his country’s involvement at the World Cup, with Brondby planning to hold discussions over his future once he returns.
Celtic have been credited with an interest in the 23-year-old midfielder, while Borussia Dortmund have also been linked with a potential move.
Despite the speculation, Ohnesorge insists neither club has made formal contact and stressed that any transfer would depend on the wishes of both the player and Brondby receiving a suitable offer.
Speaking via TV2, he said: “He’s just finished the World Cup and isn’t here right now, so we’ll look at the situation with him and his agent when he gets back.
“He can spend the summer talking to his family about what the next step will bring. Whether it’s competing here in a strong squad or whether it’s at another club.
“Yes, we are open (to selling) but it’s about having the right solution ready. With Max Ejdum we have gained some security and stability in the number 8 position, but regardless, there must be a clear interest from the player in a transfer as well as a clear interest from another club for an amount that is beneficial to us.
“I haven’t heard from either Celtic or Dortmund and I don’t follow that kind of thing to be honest. But it’s always good to hear that there is interest in our players.”
