Perrie Edwards, partner of Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain has spoken warmly about her experience witnessing Celtic’s dramatic Scottish Premiership title triumph over Hearts, describing the celebrations at Celtic Park as unforgettable.

The singer, who attended the decisive fixture alongside family members of the Celtic squad, was among the notable guests present as the Hoops secured the championship in dramatic fashion.
The occasion produced one of the most memorable atmospheres seen at Celtic Park in recent years, with late goals courtesy of Daizen Maeda and Callum Osmand sparking jubilant scenes among supporters.
Reflecting on the day during an appearance on Heart Scotland with Grado, Edwards expressed her delight at seeing the team crowned champions.

“I love it. I’m so happy for them [Celtic],” she said. “It was honestly, I’ve never seen chaos like it in my life – in the best way possible.
“Like, the way that everyone runs on the pitch after is quite scary, but epic, isn’t it? It’s pretty wild. But it was good.”
Edwards also revealed that the occasion was particularly special for her son Axel, who has developed a strong passion for football.
“It was nice to be a part of it, and my little boy, Axel he’s football obsessed. He’s four and a half. [Alanis, newborn daughter] is thriving, she’s lovely.
“I took her on the pitch too. She had these big, massive headphones on for the noise, cancelling.
“And Axel was just in his element. Like, he loves it.
“And he’s, like, friends with Auston Trusty, and he’s like, ‘He’s my friend. He’s my friend.’ So yeah, it’s such a lovely atmosphere there.”

The former Little Mix star also highlighted the warm welcome she has received in Scotland and explained why she feels a strong connection to the country.
“I just love how friendly and approachable the Scots are, like, I just love it. I feel like I’m really at home. Probably ’cause I’m Northern, so that’s probably what it is.”
She added: “My grandaddy was Scottish, and he was from Glasgow, so he always, like, my mum does the accent really well, but I’m really bad at it. But I have spent a lot of time there. I just love it.”
Meanwhile, uncertainty remains over Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain’s future following the expiry of his short-term deal at the end of the campaign.
While questions persist regarding his next move, Edwards’ comments suggest both she and her family have embraced life around the club, with Axel in particular enjoying his connection to the Celtic dressing room.
With significant changes anticipated during the summer transfer window, experienced figures within the squad could still have an important role next season.
