Hearts are reportedly considering a summer move for Falkirk attacker Calvin Miller after Celtic looked at bringing him back to the Hoops earlier this year.

The former Celtic academy graduate has enjoyed an impressive campaign with Falkirk, playing a major role in the club’s successful return to the Premiership.

Miller contributed seven goals and nine assists across the season while operating on either flank under John McGlynn, helping the Bairns secure a top-six finish in their first season back in the top flight.

Interest from Celtic emerged during the January transfer window, but no deal materialised for the 28-year-old winger.

Now, according to the Daily Record, Hearts have entered the race for Miller after choosing to pursue Islam Chesnokov during the winter window instead.

Despite Hearts using Jamestown Analytics to identify talent, Derek McInnes has continued to shape his squad around a strong Scottish core, with Miller viewed as a player capable of adding further domestic experience.

Miller was once regarded as one of Celtic’s brightest academy talents and was converted from striker to left-back during Brendan Rodgers’ first spell in charge.

Following his permanent exit from the Scottish champions, the wide man spent time with several clubs across the lower leagues in both England and Scotland before joining Falkirk in 2022.
