Dunfermline Athletic have been allocated slightly fewer than 17,000 tickets for their upcoming Scottish Cup final against Celtic…
The Championship side had lobbied for an even 50/50 distribution with the Scottish champions. However they have now informed fans that their allocation will fall just short of that figure.
In a statement released to supporters via the official Dunfermline Athletic club website, the club said: “DAFC supporters will be located in the West sections of the South and the full West Stand and the west end of the south stand upper tier with a full allocation of just under 17,000 tickets.”
Ticket Prices for Scottish Cup Final
The Pars have also outlined ticket prices, confirming that seats in the West Stand will start at £42 for adults and £27 for concessions.
In the South Stand, supporters can expect to pay from £52 for adults and £32 for concession tickets.
Earlier this week, Neil Lennon jokingly suggested that Martin O’Neill had already begun playing mind games in the build-up to the showpiece final.
Speaking via Premier Sports, Lennon said: “Obviously, [we’re] playing against my team, you know? My manager. It’s incredible. This could be Martin’s last game professionally as a manager, and I’m walking out for the first time against him!”
“He’s not been on the phone, so maybe the mind games have started already, but what a privilege that’s going to be.”

Both managers have plenty to play for before Scottish Cup Final showdown
Before turning their attention to the final, both Martin O’Neill and Neil Lennon have significant fixtures on the horizon.
Celtic are aware that just four more victories would almost certainly secure the league title. That challenge begins with a trip to Easter Road this Sunday. A win there would see the Hoops draw level with Hearts, who take on the latest Ibrox club at Tynecastle on Monday evening.
Neil Lennon can secure third place finish in Championship this evening
Meanwhile, Dunfermline have their own ambitions to focus on. A victory against Arbroath tonight would seal a third-place finish, with the two sides set to meet three times in the space of just over a week.
Lennon’s side face a demanding route to the top-flight, where they will need to come through six playoff matches to reach the Scottish Premiership.
