Celtic confirm Jota to wear iconic No.7 jersey after Palma exit

Celtic have confirmed that Jota will wear the iconic No.7 jersey. The Superstar from Portugal returned to the club on a permanent deal from Rennes last week and is set to make his second debut against Motherwell on Sunday.

In an update on Twitter, Celtic revealed that Jota would wear the No.7 shirt after Luis Palma left for Olympiacos on a loan deal.

Luis Palma left the club for the Greek side in a loan deal with an option to make the move permanent for £3.3m in the summer. Celtic will be eager to get more deals across the line in the final days of the transfer window.
