Celtic face St Johnstone as Brendan Rodgers’ side look to conclude the calendar year with all three points. The Scottish Champions beat Motherwell on Thursday as they opened a twelve point lead over Rangers.
The SFA have confirmed the match officials for the game.
Matthew MacDermid will be the referee. MacDermid will be assisted by Frank Connor and David Dunne.
David Dickinson, who officiated St Mirren’s win over Rangers on Thursday, will be on VAR Duties at Clydesdale House with Graeme Leslie assisting.
MacDermid is yet to take charge of a Celtic game this season. However, the 31-year-old did take control of the 3-2 win back in May as Brendan’s side picked up the title.
