    Ex-Celtic hero makes immense stop to deny Rangers winner

    Former Celtic favourite Fraser Forster produced a sublime save to deny Cyril Dessers in the dying stages of Spurs’ game against Rangers. With the game poised at 1-1, Dessers did brilliantly to open up an opportunity before Forster denied him with a smart reflex save.

    Forster was a hugely influential figure at Celtic during his spells at the club. The Englishman pulled off a number of crucial saves to keep Spurs in the game before keeping the teams level with this stop.

    Celtic face Rangers in the League Cup Final on Sunday. The Scottish Champions will be looking at reclaiming the trophy from their city rivals, who won the trophy after a win against Aberdeen last season.
