Former Celtic defender Charlie Mulgrew has told a story about how Kyogo taunted a Dundee defender. Mulgrew, who is now a coach with Hamilton Accies U18s, told the story after hearing the story about Kyogo terrorising a Dundee player in a game last season.

Speaking to Open Goal, Mulgrew revealed that the clinical striker showed his cheeky side as he mocked the player – that Mulgrew wouldn’t name.

Clearly Kyogo has picked up parts of the Scottish game since arriving from Vissel Kobe in 2021 and can give a bit out. The Japanese star had scored 77 goals and assisted 17 times in 142 appearances.
