It is the first Scotland squad without Callum McGregor after the shock retirement. The Celtic captain made the surprising decision to retire from Scotland duty earlier this month, which will give Clarke a separate headache. The 31-year-old has scored two brilliant goals in Celtic’s first two away games this season, which were coincidentally infront of Clarke and John Carver.
