Celtic signing Auston Trusty has reacted on social media after completing his move from Sheffield United. The 26-year-old signed a five-year deal after the clubs agreed a £6m fee for the USMNT defender.
Taking to Twitter/X, Trusty said he couldn’t wait to get started and that he would see supporters on Sunday for the Glasgow Derby versus Rangers.

Trusty joins the club and will look to forge a partnership with Cameron Carter-Vickers and take the jersey from Liam Scales. The Irishman has been a solid player, proving Brendan and a lot of people wrong. The player was thrown in because of injuries and made the position his own. Now, he’ll have competition from Trusty for a place in the team.
