Celtic made it three wins from three in the Premiership season after a comfortable win against St Mirren. With storm conditions in Paisley, Celtic overpowered the hosts with three well worked goals to regain their place at the top of the table.
Goals from Callum McGregor, Reo Hatate and Alistair Johnston put St Mirren to the sword as Brendan Rodgers’ side made it nine goals scored with zero conceded from their opening three games.
Attention now switches to next weekend’s Glasgow Derby against Rangers at Celtic Park. The club will hope to get a few signings in the door ahead of the game.
