Celtic are believed to have negotiated a lower price than what Benfica originally wanted, with an agreement on a future sell on fee more likely. A sell on fee which could be as high as 50 percent.
That represents good business and will be a valuable signing for the club that will only improve our squad.
Paulo impressed in his spell last year and is the current Portugal under 21 captain. He’s definitely the required ‘quality’ needed by Brendan Rodgers in his pursuit to take us forward.
