The official Scottish Cup Twitter/X account has shared the brilliant footage from behind the goal after Adam Idah scored the winner against Rangers. The Irishman showed a striker’s instinct to follow in after Paulo Bernardo’s shot, meaning he could pounce when Jack Butland spilled the ball.

Brendan Rodgers replaced Kyogo with Idah after the hour mark and it was a decision that would prove vital towards another piece of silverware.
The big striker joins the ranks of Sean Fallon as being an Irishman to score for Celtic in a Scottish Cup Final. Although, whether Celtic’s No.9 returns next season appears uncertain.
Idah will now return to Norwich City and wait for Celtic to open conversations regarding whether the 23-year-old will return on a permanent basis next season.
